Qualifications

• 2 years of property maintenance experience required.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing for multi-site travel.

Responsibilities

• Directs property maintenance including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Prepare market-ready apartments after turnover within 3–5 days.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies; enforce PPE protocols.
• Handle maintenance requests with 24-hour response.
• Oversee safety programs and monthly safety meetings.
