Job summary

Neighborly Communities is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician III to support maintenance across multiple properties in the region. You will perform repairs, manage make-readies, and ensure safety and quality across sites in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Utah.

The role requires at least 1 year of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver license. Pool certification is required or obtainable within 90 days at pool locations. Travel between properties is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of maintenance repair experience.
• Pool certification required or obtainable within 90 days of hire at locations with a pool.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage apartment make-ready process including inspections, repairs, painting, and scheduling vendor services.
• Maintain grounds and amenities to property standards.
• Assist with turnovers, inspections, vendor relations, and safety checks.
• Support Community Manager or Maintenance Technician III as needed.
• Attend monthly safety meetings and participate in safety programs.
