Job summary

CloudTen Residential in Portland, OR is seeking a roving Maintenance Technician to service multiple properties across the Portland metro area. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, support the Community Manager, and help maintain safety and cleanliness.

The role requires a valid driver's license, hands-on skills in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and strong service orientation. This roving position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong service orientation.
• Proficient with basic office software (Microsoft Office).
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of property maintenance including preventative, corrective, deferred and emergency tasks.
• Handle appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool and custodial work as needed.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds cleanliness; patrol property regularly.
• Assist in pool/spa maintenance and common area upkeep.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and vacated units are prepared for new tenants.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies and use PPE as required.
