Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a roving Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the physical maintenance of multiple multifamily properties in the Portland area. The role involves supervising maintenance staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring safety and preventive maintenance programs are followed across sites.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, flexibility to travel between properties, and a strong focus on timely, high-quality service for residents.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Property Maintenance Experience is preferred.
• Prior Supervisory experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required, as this position involves travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Directs in all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Prepares market-ready apartments with painting, carpet cleaning, and general repairs within 3–5 days after turnover.
• Performance of preventive maintenance functions and recording findings in maintenance log.
• Maintain inventory control of tools, equipment and supplies; ensure PPE is used as instructed.
• Assist in move-in/move-out inspections and respond to maintenance requests promptly.
