Qualifications

• 1+ years of property maintenance experience.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Directs all maintenance activities at a multi‑family property, including preventive, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance.
• Prepares market‑ready apartments after turnover (paint, carpet, repairs, housekeeping) within 3–5 days.
• Maintains maintenance logs and inventory control for tools, equipment and supplies.
