Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Technician to service Boulder Gardens, Clackamas and Oregon City properties. You’ll perform preventative, corrective and routine maintenance across sites, assist the Community Manager, and ensure safe, well-maintained communities.

This on-site role requires a valid driver's license and willingness to rotate between properties. We offer competitive hourly pay, health benefits, and opportunities for growth within a values-driven team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous property maintenance technician experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of property maintenance incl. preventative, corrective and emergency tasks.
• Repair appliances, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry as needed.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds cleanliness; monitor amenities.
• Assist in pool/spa maintenance and common area upkeep.
• Ensure safe, clean, well-maintained apartments and inventory control.
