Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Roving to support our communities: Metro on Main, Solaris at the Biltmore, Solaris at University, and ASA at Midtown. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained homes for residents.

The role requires flexibility to travel between properties, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with basic trades. Competitive pay, health benefits, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-year certificate or college/technical training preferred.
• Experience in property maintenance or similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance.
• Handle appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry tasks.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds cleanliness.
• Assist in pool/spa, laundry, and common area upkeep.
• Ensure safe, clean, well-maintained communities for residents.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies; use PPE as required.
• Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours.
