Job summary

CloudTen Residential in Portland, OR seeks a roving Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance across Fairmount, The George, and Richmond Apartments. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure preventive maintenance and safety programs are followed.

You will travel between properties, perform interior painting and turnover prep, respond to resident requests within 24 hours, and uphold high cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property maintenance experience.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required, as this position involves travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of property maintenance, including preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Prepares market-ready apartments post-turnover within 3–5 days, including painting and housekeeping.
• Maintains inventory control of tools, equipment and supplies.
