Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Portland-area multifamily properties. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance across sites.

You will manage schedules, respond to maintenance requests, monitor expenses, and collaborate with the Property Manager to deliver timely, high-quality service and maintain curb appeal.

This on-site role requires a valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Property Maintenance Experience preferred.
• Prior Supervisory experience is required.
• This position requires a valid driver's license in good standing.
• One-year certificate from college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate activities with the Property Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain detailed records.
