Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a flexible, roving Maintenance Technician to service multiple communities across the Carson area. This role requires driving between properties and performing preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance to uphold safety and appeal.

You will handle electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool/spa care, and general upkeep while ensuring resident satisfaction and quick response times. A valid license and reliable transport are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous property Maintenance Technician experience or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent or related training

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of property maintenance including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance under supervision
• Carry out appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool, custodial tasks as needed
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds, walk property regularly, pick up debris
• Support pool/spa maintenance, laundry, recreation, rental offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Ensure resident services and relations are maintained at high standards
• Make ready apartments after turnover and inspect move-ins/outs
• Maintain inventory control of tools and supplies and use PPE as required
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and communicate delays to residents
