Job summary

Sunrise Management is seeking a roving Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance across multiple San Diego properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and timely repairs. You’ll lead maintenance staff, manage preventive programs, and coordinate with site management to keep communities in top condition.

Responsibilities include painting, turnover readiness, safety compliance, and 24-hour response to maintenance requests. A valid driver’s license and travel to various sites are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property maintenance experience required.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Experience with Entrata and/or AppFolio property management software preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required for this position, as job-related travel is essential.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of property maintenance, including preventive and emergency maintenance.
• Prepare market-ready apartments after turnover within 3–5 days.
• Maintain inventory control of tools and supplies and enforce PPE usage.
• Oversee maintenance staff and coordinate schedules with management.
• Respond to resident service requests and complete tasks within 24 hours.
• Perform appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pool, and carpentry work as needed.
