Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Roving) to oversee maintenance across The Modern at Canyon Creek, Quad, and Senior Estates. You’ll supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure timely, safe upkeep of multiple properties with a driver’s license required for travel.

The role covers preventative, corrective, and seasonal tasks, including interior painting, turnovers, and safety compliance. Strong leadership and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Property Maintenance Experience is preferred.
• Prior Supervisory experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required, as this position involves travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Directs in all aspects of property maintenance, including preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Prepares market-ready apartments after turnover within 3–5 days.
• Maintains inventory control of tools and supplies and enforces PPE usage.
• Responds to resident service requests promptly and manages on-call emergencies.
