Job summary

Children’s Rescue Fund seeks a roving Maintenance Supervisor to supervise and dispatch a maintenance team across CRF properties. You will ensure safety, cleanliness, and functional repairs, while maintaining inventories and coordinating with site leadership.

The role requires at least five years in maintenance, supervisory experience, and a valid NYS driver's license. Expect on-site work in the Bronx and occasional after-hours coverage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years or more in building and property maintenance experience.
• At least four years in custodial services supervisory role with three or more workers.
• Must hold a valid NYS Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of the Maintenance Team.
• Plan and assign projects across CRF’s portfolio.
• Ensure safety practices and industry standards are followed.
• Monitor materials, tools, and inventory for maintenance tasks.
• Respond to emergencies during nights and weekends when needed.
• Coordinate with AVP/DBO for facility inspections and reports.
