Job summary

Community Access Inc in New York seeks a Field Supervisor to lead maintenance teams across multiple properties, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

You will supervise field staff, monitor KPIs, oversee work orders and preventive maintenance, and coordinate with Property Management and other departments to align operations with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years in building maintenance, facilities management, or property operations.
• Minimum three years supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising multiple sites and maintenance teams preferred.
• Experience in affordable housing, supportive housing, or multifamily housing preferred.
• Must be fingerprinted and cleared by NYS Justice Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and supervision of maintenance staff.
• Ensure consistent maintenance and building standards across portfolio.
• Oversee work orders, preventive maintenance, apartment turnovers, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor performance via site inspections, KPIs, and management systems.
• Collaborate with Property Management, Supportive Services and other departments to resolve issues.
