Job summary

Community Access in New York City seeks a Field Supervisor to lead the facilities maintenance team across multiple properties. You will supervise field staff, ensure consistent building standards, and oversee work orders, preventive maintenance, and turnover readiness to support resident satisfaction.

You will monitor performance through site inspections and KPIs, maintain documentation using agency systems, and coordinate with Property Management and Supportive Services to resolve issues

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree, technical certification, or trade school training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and supervision of maintenance staff.
• Ensure consistent building standards across portfolio and manage work orders.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, turnover readiness, building conditions, and safety compliance.
• Monitor performance via site inspections, KPIs, and maintenance-management systems.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve facilities issues and support resident satisfaction.
• Develop staff, conduct trainings, and implement corrective actions.
