Job summary

Dominium is seeking motivated candidates for an elevated leasing role that roves among properties within the region. This sales position offers compensation above industry norms and focuses on lead management, daily tours of model homes, and responsive customer service.

You will partner with the Regional Marketing Manager to optimize traffic and occupancy across communities. The ideal candidate has strong sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education.
• Sales and/or other customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing.
• Friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor with diverse personalities.
• Must be familiar with computers; Microsoft Office and Yardi preferred.
• Ability to focus on goals and sales requirements.
• May require a valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of sales for each property as assigned.
• Maintain control over lead management to prioritize all sales.
• Walk available homes including the model daily to uphold high standards.
• Know details of the property, surrounding amenities and local area.
• Schedule and complete outreach with the Regional Marketing Manager to capture traffic.
• Review Market Survey weekly and report rent, specials and occupancy changes.
• Ensure all site traffic is recorded in Voyager/CRM.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
