Dominium is seeking a motivated Leasing & Sales Specialist to support leasing performance across assigned communities by executing strategies, supporting on-site teams, and driving occupancy results. This field-based role partners with property teams to enhance leasing effectiveness and provide essential support across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in leasing, property management, or sales/customer-facing roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with leasing systems (e.g., Yardi, CRM tools) preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, build relationships, and manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Supports leasing efforts across assigned properties to drive occupancy, traffic, and conversion results.
• Serves as a primary sales representative at assigned communities, ensuring a strong on-site presence and customer experience.
• Maintains ownership of lead management, ensuring timely follow-up and prioritization of all prospects.
• Assists with prospect management, including responding to inquiries, coordinating tours, and supporting follow-up efforts.
• Monitors leasing activity and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and execution.
• Travels between communities, providing hands-on leasing support and operational assistance as needed.
