Job summary

Dominium is seeking a dynamic Leasing Specialist to drive apartment showings across the assigned region. This elevated sales role reports to a National Leasing Support Manager and requires traveling to properties, engaging prospective residents, and maintaining lead management in Voyager/CRM.

You will walk model homes daily, stay informed on competitive properties and area amenities, and collaborate with the Regional Marketing Manager to optimize traffic and occupancy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; fluent English.
• Proficiency with computers; MS Office and Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of sales for each property as assigned.
• Maintain control over lead management to ensure all sales are given priority.
• Walk available homes including the model daily to ensure the highest standards are being met.
• Be familiar with all aspects of the property including competition, area schools, hospitals, banks, shopping, transportation, and amenities.
• Schedule and complete outreach initiatives to the local community; work with Regional Marketing Manager to seize traffic opportunities.
• Review Market Survey weekly and update Regional Marketing Manager on rent, specials and occupancy.
• Ensure all site traffic is recorded in Voyager/CRM.
• Other duties as assigned.
