Job summary

Foshee Residential seeks a Regional Leasing & Sales Specialist to drive occupancy across multifamily communities in a remote capacity. You will lead leasing from inquiry to move-in, respond to leads, schedule tours, and close leases while promoting resident services and ensuring superior customer experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in multifamily leasing, CRM proficiency, and strong selling skills. Travel to properties is required; a valid license and transportation are necessary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily leasing and sales experience.
• CRM experience.
• Strong sales and closing skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in.
• Respond to phone, email, and online leads in a timely, professional manner.
• Schedule and coordinate onsite apartment tours.
• Convert leads into leases while maximizing occupancy.
• Promote additional products and services that enhance the resident experience.
• Prepare lease documents, renewals, and move-in paperwork.
• Support occupancy and revenue goals across multiple communities.
• Travel to communities as needed and partner with onsite teams.
