Regional Leasing Specialist (Roving)

Job summary

Dominium is seeking a motivated leasing professional to rove within the region, primarily focusing on selling and leasing apartments. The role reports to a National Leasing Support Manager and offers bonus opportunities above industry norms.

You will lead face-to-face property sales, manage leads, and coordinate outreach with Marketing. A strong emphasis on English communication and professional, outgoing interactions is required.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education.
• Sales and/or other customer service experience highly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing.
• Well-developed people skills.
• Ability to work with a variety of personalities and situations in a friendly outgoing and professional manner.
• Basic math skills for calculating rent payments, deposits, application fees, etc.
• Must be familiar with computers and computer programs such as Word, Excel, etc. (Microsoft Office and Yardi preferred)
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of sales for each property assigned.
• Maintain control over lead management to ensure all sales are given priority.
• Walk available homes including the model daily to ensure the highest standards are being met.
• Be familiar with all aspects of the property including competition, area schools, hospitals, banks, shopping, transportation, and location amenities.
• Schedule and complete outreach initiatives to the local community and coordinate with Regional Marketing Manager.
• Review Market Survey weekly and update rent, specials and occupancy with Regional Marketing Manager.
• Ensure all traffic for the site is recorded in Voyager/CRM.
• Other duties as assigned.
