Job summary

Dominium Inc is seeking a Leasing & Sales Specialist in Dallas, Texas to enhance leasing performance across communities. This role involves strong collaboration with property teams to drive occupancy results and ensure effective leasing practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in leasing, property management, or sales/customer-facing roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with leasing systems preferred.
• Strong ability to influence, build relationships, and manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing efforts across assigned properties to drive occupancy.
• Serve as a primary sales representative ensuring a strong on-site presence.
• Maintain ownership of lead management for timely follow-up.
• Assist with prospect management including responding to inquiries.
• Conduct property walks to ensure readiness and presentation standards.
