Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in the United States seeks a Supervisor, Delivery Service Excellence to guide the delivery operations team. You will oversee drivers, routing, safety, and compliance, review routes and stop types, and lead improvements to distribution plans.

You will collaborate with sales, warehouse, and customer service to resolve issues, analyze performance data, and drive cost efficiency while maintaining DOT compliance and accurate driver invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, management, communications, or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and relevant software.
• Strong verbal and written communication, diplomacy and discretion.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee distribution optimization and driver performance.
• Review routes and schedules against plans to meet performance goals.
• Coordinate with field delivery supervisors, drivers, sales, and routing teams.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety policies are followed.
• Review invoices and paperwork for accuracy.
