Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in the United States is seeking an experienced Delivery Operations Supervisor to support the daily management of the operations delivery staff. The role focuses on routing software, fleet oversight, performance management, and ensuring safe driving practices.

You will coach drivers, monitor attendance, verify invoices, and coordinate with sales, warehouse, and customer service to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related area.
• CDL license preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/work experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively aid in managing the delivery operations team.
• Monitor delivery fleet using Samsara and performance metrics.
• Oversee hiring, transfers and other personnel actions.
• Maintain driver attendance, sick days and vacations.
• Coach drivers on safety, lifting techniques and processes.
• Verify daily delivery driver invoices and paperwork.
• Interface with customers to resolve discrepancies and build relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, delivery and customer service.
• Administer workers’ compensation, incentives and safety programs.
• Handle beverage alcohol products and related duties as assigned.
