Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Wisconsin seeks a Delivery Operations Supervisor to oversee daily delivery staff, monitor fleets, and ensure safety and efficiency. The role entails coordinating the driver team, maintaining records, and driving continuous improvement in service levels.

The position requires a CDL-B, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and 3+ years in delivery/ops. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered with full benefits within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in delivery/operations management.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the delivery operations team.
• Monitor delivery fleet using MobileCast and Roadnet.
• Performance management including hiring, transfers, and discipline.
• Maintain driver attendance records and scheduling.
• Train drivers in safety and delivery procedures.
• Ride along with drivers to coach on customer service, productivity, safety.
• Payroll oversight and attendance records.
• DOT compliance and drug screening.
• Verify and process daily driver invoices and related paperwork.
• Interface with customers to resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, delivery and customer service teams.
• Administer workers’ compensation, incentives and safety programs.
• Handle beverage alcohol products.
