Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Delivery Service Excellence Supervisor in Milwaukee to oversee and improve the Delivery Department. You will guide drivers, routing, safety and compliance, reviewing routes and plans to optimize distribution and meet goals.

You will coordinate with field supervisors, sales leaders and the routing team, ensuring adherence to schedules, driver qualifications, and DOT requirements while driving continuous improvement across the distribution network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related software for reporting and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide delivery supervisory team; provide direction to drivers, routing, safety and compliance.
• Review routes and stop types to optimize distribution plans and meet performance goals.
• Monitor driver attendance, DOT qualifications and safety compliance; ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
