• Oversee payroll attendance, PTO, and related records.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety practices.
• Oversee driver invoices and related paperwork.
• Interface with customers to resolve discrepancies and build relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, delivery and customer service teams.
