Job summary

General-Beverage-Sales-Co is seeking a Delivery Driver Supervisor to lead and mentor the delivery team while also delivering products to accounts. The role includes training drivers, maintaining routing schedules, and ensuring accurate stock rotation and customer service.

You will ride with drivers to assess performance, update DOT files, and promote a collaborative work environment focused on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide job training to drivers.
Be available at start of day to give direction and handle issues.
Monitor drivers' performance including stock rotation, pricing, and customer service.
Ride with drivers to evaluate performance.
Maintain routing and schedule information by route.
Create work schedules for sick leave, vacation, and injuries.
Follow up on complaints with supervisors to prevent recurrence.
Ensure program, pricing, and promotion info is shared with delivery personnel monthly.
Update DOT Driver Files.
Conduct growth conversations with team members.
Foster a collaborative, open-communication team environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
