Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. in Robbinsville, NJ is seeking a Routing and Dispatch Coordinator to schedule, route, and dispatch delivery drivers and service technicians across multiple locations, ensuring efficient propane distribution and exceptional customer service.

As the routing SME, you will optimize routes with route planning software, collaborate with District Operations and Customer Experience teams, and translate data into actionable insights while maintaining safe DOT-compliant practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in operations analysis, routing, logistics, technician scheduling, and/or dispatch
• Multi-location routing and scheduling experience preferred; propane experience a plus; supervisor or management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule, route, and dispatch delivery drivers and service technicians across locations
• Leverage route optimization software to create efficient routes and schedules
• Collaborate with District Operations, Customer Experience teams, and regional leadership to meet operational metrics
• Serve as subject matter expert for routing infrastructure and reporting tools
• Translate data into actionable results and maintain high accuracy
