Qualifications

• High School diploma required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years in operations analysis, routing, logistics, scheduling, and/or dispatch.
• Experience with multi-location routing and scheduling is a plus; propane industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, route, and dispatch delivery drivers and service technicians daily.
• Use route optimization tools and coordinate with operations, customer experience, and leadership.
• Ensure efficient routes, meet metrics, and maintain strong customer service.
