Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking a Routing and Dispatch Coordinator to oversee daily scheduling, routing, and dispatch of delivery drivers and service technicians across supported locations, ensuring efficient propane distribution and top-tier customer service.

You will partner with District Operations, Customer Experience, and regional leadership to optimize routes and schedules using route planning software and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations analysis, routing, logistics, technician scheduling, and/or dispatch.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Balances operational efficiency with technician, driver, and customer needs.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable results.
• Detail-oriented problem solver with high accuracy standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling, routing, and dispatch of delivery drivers and service technicians.
