Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking a Routing and Dispatch Coordinator to manage daily scheduling, routing and dispatch of delivery drivers and service technicians across multiple locations, ensuring efficient propane distribution and optimal field resource use.

You will use route optimization software, partner with District Operations and Customer Experience teams, and provide the dashboards and reporting tools that drive performance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in operations analysis, routing, logistics, technician scheduling and/or dispatch
• Multi-location routing and scheduling experience preferred
• Propane industry experience a plus
• Supervisor or management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage daily scheduling, routing and dispatch of delivery drivers and service technicians
• Leverage route optimization software to create efficient routes and schedules
• Collaborate with District Operations, Customer Experience teams and regional leadership
• Ensure operational metrics are met/exceeded while maintaining excellent customer service
• Serve as SME for routing infrastructure, scheduling optimization and related reporting tools and dashboards
