Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking a Routing and Dispatch Coordinator based in Austin, TX to daily schedule, route, and dispatch delivery drivers and service technicians.

You will optimize routes, coordinate with District Operations and Customer Experience teams, and ensure safe, efficient field operations with strong customer service. The role requires 3–5 years in operations analysis or dispatch, familiarity with route optimization software, and knowledge of DOT protocols.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in operations analysis, routing, logistics, scheduling, or dispatch.
• Experience with multi-location routing and scheduling preferred.
• Propane experience a plus; supervision experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of safety and DOT protocols.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, route, and dispatch drivers and service technicians daily.
• Collaborate with District Operations and Customer Experience teams.
• Utilize route optimization tools to maximize resource utilization.
