Job summary

AmeriGas is seeking a Routing and Dispatch Coordinator in White River Junction, VT to manage daily scheduling, routing, and dispatch for delivery drivers and service technicians. The role leverages route optimization software to create efficient routes while partnering with District Operations and Customer Experience teams to meet metrics and uphold service levels.

Candidates should have prior routing/dispatch experience and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations analysis, routing, logistics, technician scheduling, and/or dispatch.
• Multi-location routing and scheduling experience preferred; propane experience a plus; supervisor or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily routing and dispatch for drivers and service technicians.
• Collaborate with District Operations, Customer Experience teams, and regional leadership.
• Utilize route optimization software and dashboards for scheduling and reporting.
• Balance operational efficiency with technician, driver, and customer needs.
• Ensure safety and DOT compliance in field operations.
