Job summary

AmeriGas is seeking a Routing and Dispatch Coordinator in New Jersey to oversee daily scheduling, routing, and dispatch for drivers and service technicians. You will optimize routes, leverage scheduling tools, and partner with District Operations to maximize efficiency and customer service.

The role requires routing/dispatch experience, strong analytical skills, and a customer-focused mindset in a safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for route planning processes and scheduling optimization.
• Lead routing and scheduling to meet operational metrics and service levels.
• Collaborate with District Operations and Customer Experience teams to improve efficiency.
• Translate data into actionable results and reporting improvements.
• Ensure safety and DOT protocol considerations are integrated into schedules.
