AmeriGas Propane, Inc. in Hartford, VT is seeking a Routing and Dispatch Coordinator to oversee daily scheduling, routing, and dispatch for delivery drivers and service technicians across multiple locations.

The role emphasizes leveraging route optimization software and collaborating with District Operations, Customer Experience teams, and regional leadership to create efficient routes and schedules that meet or exceed operational metrics while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in operations analysis, routing, logistics, and dispatch.
Experience with multi-location routing is preferred.
Propane experience is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Daily scheduling, routing, and dispatch of delivery drivers and service technicians.
Collaborate with District Operations, Customer Experience teams, and regional leadership to create efficient routes and schedules.
Ensure routes meet operational metrics while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Serve as SME for routing infrastructure, scheduling optimization, and dashboards.
