UniFirst Corporation is seeking a Route Trainee to begin a rewarding career in service and customer care. You’ll receive hands‑on training and support daily operations as you prepare to become a Route Service Representative.

This role involves delivering clean garments, assisting with route coverage, and learning multiple customer accounts. Expect a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with growth opportunities into a full‑time role.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• DOT requirements include a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.

Mansioni

• Load and unload route trucks and assist with daily operations.
• Deliver clean garments and return soiled items, ensuring timely service.
• Provide route coverage during RSR absences on established routes.
• Operate a company walk‑in truck along designated routes, prioritizing safety.
