UniFirst is seeking a Route Trainee in Florida to begin a path toward a Route Service Representative. You will train through our SCP program, learn daily route operations, and support deliveries while preparing for full-time roles.

The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and a Monday-Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, offering hands-on training, growth opportunities, and a solid foundation in field-based service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• DOT requirements including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Participate in UniFirst's Service Certificate Program to prepare for an RSR role.
• Assist with loading/unloading route trucks and daily operations.
• Deliver clean garments and return soiled items to customers on route.
• Provide route coverage during RSR absences on established routes.
