Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Augusta, GA is seeking a Route Supervisor to support the Service Department, help provide excellent customer service at all times, and assist with managing route districts. The RS reports to the District Manager.

You will supervise RSRs, conduct customer visits, audits, and installations, motivate teams, enforce safety and SOPs, and collaborate with other branches to sustain growth and product mix across lines.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent skills in customer service and route sales.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and good time management.
• Recognize colors, sizes and types of product; count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of a district to be a highly productive team through training and meetings.
• Assist the DM to ensure customer loyalty via visits, audits, and problem solving.
• Lead the district, communicate changes, evaluate route organization, and cooperate with other departments.
• Ensure adherence to safety and Service SOP; review and improve service procedures.
• Safely operate company vehicles and perform general route responsibilities as needed.
• Support retention, growth, and proper product mix; cross-sell where appropriate.
• Perform responsibilities of RSR at a higher level with managerial perspective.
• Run routes with upsell across lines of service and monitor competitive activity.
