Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Supervisor to support service excellence across district routes. The role reports to the District Manager and entails leading a productive field team and maintaining strong customer relationships through visits and inspections.

The ideal candidate brings proven customer service and route-sales experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively in a busy branch area.

• Assist in developing a productive district and lead the RSR team.

• Ensure safety and adherence to company SOPs in daily routes.
