Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Salt Lake City seeks a Route Supervisor to support the Service Department, oversee route districts, and ensure excellent customer service. The role reports to the District Manager and requires leadership over RSRs and collaboration with the branch and other departments.

Responsibilities include staff development, customer visits, audits, problem solving, and maintaining a professional image.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must possess strong route sales abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork required.
• Good time management and problem solving.
• Fluent English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing a productive district and lead RSRs.
• Support District Manager and ensure customer loyalty through visits and problem solving.
• Lead district communications, policy adherence, and professional image.
• Ensure safety, SOP compliance, and route efficiency.
• Uphold strong product mix, up-sell, and cross-sell on routes.
• Perform duties of a RSR at a higher level as needed.
