Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Supervisor to support the Service Department and help manage route districts. The RS reports to the District Manager and plays a key role in maintaining excellent customer service and efficient route operations.

The role involves coordinating district activities, supervising RSRs, and working closely with other departments to ensure policy compliance and growth within the branch.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver’s License and be 21 years or older.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Able to count, add and subtract and understand product colors/sizes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing a district to be highly productive through training, meetings and supervision of RSRs.
• Support customer loyalty and service through visits, audits and problem solving with customers.
• Lead district to implement policy changes and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety and Service SOP and evaluate service procedures.
