Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Supervisor to support the Service Department, help manage route districts and enhance customer service. The RS reports to the District Manager and plays a key role in coaching RSRs, improving route efficiency and ensuring safety compliance.

The position emphasizes leadership, customer visits, audits, new installs, problem resolution and teamwork across branches. A valid driver's license and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License and be 21 years or older.
• Driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding or safety violations.
• Excellent customer service and route sales skills.
• Strong English communication, good time management and teamwork.
• Recognize colors, sizes and types of product and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing a district to be a productive team through training and regular meetings.
• Support customer visits, audits, installs, problem solving and communication with customers.
• Lead district changes, policies, route organization and cross-department cooperation.
• Ensure policy compliance and evaluate service procedures for improvements.
• Safely operate company vehicles and fulfill route responsibilities as needed.
• Assist in retention, growth, promotions and maintaining customer relationships.
• Upsell, cross-sell lines of service and monitor competitive activity on routes.
