Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Birmingham, AL seeks a Route Supervisor to support the Service Department and help manage district routes. The RS will report to the District Manager and drive customer-focused service excellence across the route network.

You will lead a district team, coordinate visits and audits, ensure adherence to safety policies, and collaborate with other departments to improve operations and service quality.

Qualifications

• Have and maintain a valid Driver's License and be 21 years or older.
• Strong customer service and route sales experience.
• Ability to manage time and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing a district to build a productive team and maintain positive work environment.
• Support District Manager with customer visits, audits, and new installs.
• Lead route optimization, policy communication, and cross-department collaboration.
• Ensure safety and SOP compliance across the service area.
• Perform route responsibilities with managerial perspective when needed.
• Upsell and promote services to maintain profitable product mix.
