Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Supervisor to support the Service Department by managing route districts and ensuring excellent customer service. The RS reports to the District Manager and leads a team of RSRs while promoting safety, policy adherence, and profitable product mix.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and strong communication skills. It offers full-time hours, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career advancement within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be 21 years or older.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and route sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; good time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing a productive district through training, meetings, and coaching.
• Support the District Manager with customer visits, audits, installs, problem solving, and communications.
• Lead district initiatives, communicate policy changes, evaluate route organization and maintain professional image.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures (SOP).
• Safely operate company vehicles and perform general route duties; assist in retention and growth efforts.
• When needed, assume responsibilities of a RSR at a higher level and supervise route performance.
• When running a route, up-sell and cross-sell lines of service; monitor competitive activity and renew service agreements.
