Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; GED preferred.
• Experience in route supervision or management is desirable.
• Must have valid Class B CDL and DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach employees to improve performance.
• Monitor safety, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Plan and assign daily routes to ensure service levels.
• Conduct driver observations and vehicle inspections.
• Investigate accidents and incidents as needed.
