Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. seeks a Residential Route Supervisor to oversee daily service delivery for residential customers, ensuring safety, timeliness, and cost efficiency in line with Waste Pro practices.

The role leads drivers, coordinates routes, and addresses service issues to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. The position emphasizes safety leadership, route optimization, and effective communication with customers and city authorities to deliver a Distinguishably Different level of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 3–5 years in transportation, management, logistics or waste industry.
• Associate's degree or 2+ years in transportation, logistics or waste operations preferred with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Smith System or Decision Driving principles and techniques.
• Proficient with basic computer use; MS Office knowledge.
• Prior supervisory/management experience preferred; OSHA/DOT/ANSI familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of drivers and daily operations; coordinate yard activities and inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead safety briefings, reinforce safe practices and conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Route planning for new starts; schedule deliveries and manage productivity reports.
• Address customer issues, route changes, and service requirements with drivers and sales as needed.
• Perform route observations and ensure proper sanitation, labeling, and vehicle appearance.
