Qualifications

• 3+ years in transportation, fleet, or route-based operations.
• Prior supervisory or management experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Waste, recycling, or fleet operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily route operations to ensure safe, on-time service.
• Monitor route productivity, service metrics, and labor utilization.
• Identify opportunities to improve routing efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce safety regulations.
• Coach and develop drivers and helpers.
