Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 2 years experience in the transportation, management, logistics or waste industry.
• Knowledge and prior application of Smith System and/or Decision Driving principles.
• Must be able to work independently, make decisions and resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and ensure safety and efficiency of routes.
• Respond to dispatch calls or messages and address customer inquiries.
• Monitor driver's daily pre-trip inspection and compliance with regulations.

Skills

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Proven customer service skills

Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, ANSI regulations

Education
