Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Supervisor to support the Service Department and help manage route districts. This full-time role reports to the District Manager and focuses on excellent customer service and efficient route operations.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills to drive district success and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Relevant customer service and route sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a district to be highly productive through training and meetings.
• Support customer loyalty through visits, audits and problem solving.
• Communicate changes and policies across the district and collaborate with other departments.
• Ensure safety and SOP adherence in all routes and procedures.
• Operate company vehicles safely and within laws and policies.
• Assist with retention, growth, promotions, and product mix decisions.
• Possibly perform RSR responsibilities at a higher level as needed.
• Upsell and cross-sell lines of service while monitoring competitive activity.
