Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a District Manager to oversee daily route operations, delivery performance, and customer service. You will manage route schedules, territory coverage, and workload distribution to maximize productivity while coaching drivers and service teams for high performance and accountability.

The role requires strong communication, customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in route operations or logistics leadership.
• 1+ years of direct leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery and service routes for accurate, efficient customer service.
• Manage route schedules, territory coverage and workload distribution to maximize productivity.
• Lead, coach, and develop drivers and service teams to drive performance and accountability.
• Respond to escalated customer concerns, service issues, and delivery challenges.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and DOT regulations (if applicable).
